Whether it is needed a road to settle concrete slabs for a store or stabilize a soil for a building, our polymers fix virtually any defect or weakness of the soil via two simple steps:
a) Stabilizing the soil in to fill the holes and compacting the loose soil.
b) Polymer injection directly in the concrete structures.
In this application, we use a two-component mix of polymers to rapidly apply high structural expansion, which is achieved by filling the voids and compacting loose soil, raising the level of the structures and its strenght due to the pressure created by the expansion process, making it the perfect choice when the time is against you.
Water leakage through cracks in concrete or masonry, can be perfectly sealed using our polymers, like polyurethane resins, which react with water and expands to form sealing barriers within or around the structure.
The difficulty of sealing in presence of a large mass of water and high pressure is solved by applying a resin with high expansion coefficient, capable of growing up to 29 times its original volume in a matter of seconds, forming a rigid, extra resistent foam.
